RETURNS + REFUND POLICY

 

Thank you for shopping with us at Teppi. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’d like to help and you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. 

 

Returns 

To return an item, please email customer service at teppiliving@gmail.com

All returns must be received within 28 days of the purchase date. 

All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.

Please note we cannot accept returns or process refunds for:

  • Personalised items.

  • Sale items 

 

Refunds 

On receiving your item we will check that you are eligible for a refund and notify you via email. Once we have notified you on whether you are eligible, we will process the refund. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

Shipping

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will cover the postage cost. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
